Villa Isla Negra is architect designed and with Talavera tiles finished bathrooms, kitchen and stairway giving it a definite Mexican feel. It is a brand new construction accomodating 4-6 people.
It has two bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower and balcony. The master bedroom has an oceanfront terrace with a spectacular view.
The master bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has two double beds.
Downstairs, a kitchen, open plan dining area and lounge look out to the outdoor patio area with its outdoor dining set, chaises longues and beach chairs. A terracotta and talavera tiles charcoal barbecue with inbuilt sink and cooking area are ideal for your oceanview barbecues by the pool.

What a wonderful way to stop the world and get off! This home is well equipped and spacious with the beach at your back door beyond a great pool. We thoroughly enjoyed spending several weeks exploring the Yucatan Peninsula from this home base. The town of Telchac Puerto is small and friendly and Safe! At no time did we three women feel uncomfortable walking the streets or beach. The management company was quick to resolve any problems and Yvonne had lots of suggestions and answers.
If you are hoping to get away, this is a great option!
